- You are a woman and citizen of an eligible country
- You are applying for PhD or postdoctoral STEM research
- You are admitted, enrolled or applying at an eligible host institution abroad
- You demonstrate a commitment to return and contribute to your home country
Skip it if
- You are applying for a master's degree
- Your study is outside STEM
- You plan to undertake the full award in your home country without an eligible sandwich/foreign-degree arrangement
