How we handle your information.

When you submit a consultation request or request a template, we collect the information you provide in the form: your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, institution, and a description of your research project. If you share a document link, we will look at the linked document only to assess your request.

Please do not upload raw datasets, transcripts, participant identifiers, medical records, or confidential institutional documents through our forms. If your work contains sensitive information, contact us first so we can agree on a secure review process.

We use your information only to follow up on your request, to scope and deliver the service you asked for, and to keep records required for our own operations (e.g. invoicing, scope confirmation). We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to deliver your service (for example, a co-reviewer working with us under confidentiality).

We keep request and engagement records for as long as is reasonable for our records and any follow-on work. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@methodsbench.com.

This site uses minimal analytics to understand how visitors find and use it. We do not run advertising trackers. If you have specific concerns, contact us and we will tell you exactly what is in place at the time of your visit.
