Eligibility

Partnership
A local partnership of 2–3 organisations, including at least one civil-society organisation and one youth-led organisation.
Lead
Legally registered in the implementation country with required health-financing advocacy, governance, financial and grant-management capacity.
Partners
Partner organisations generally need at least three years of relevant health-advocacy experience.
